Stazon Jet Black Ink

Hey ya'll!
Today I want to share with you my love of the Stazon Jet Black Ink. This is a very special ink because it's permanent. You can stamp it on window sheets, watercolor paper, glass, tiles (as long as they are nonporous), cardstock, metal, and wood! It's ah-ma-zing!

Ok, first project- coasters!

I made these beauts over a year ago in WA state, while my husband was in the Navy. I held this card class in a cute little coffee shop by the bay. It was so much fun. This project took some prep time, but I love the way it came out. I bought plain smooth white tiles from Home Depot, along with some little felt circles for the corners on the bottom (so they don't scratch your tables). I painted them blue with some spray paint, and then sealed it. Then in class we carefully stamped them with Stazon Ink (it's permanent, so smears are no good! be careful!), and I sealed them again afterward. Such a fun cute gift!

Second project- a card for a friend!
I <3 vellum! I colored some watercolor paper with my melon mambo ink and daffodil delight, using my aquapainters. I stamped the coffee mug in Stazon Ink on vellum and placed it on top. Finished it with a few basic pearls and whisper white baker's twine to give it a sweet look.

Third project- a glass vase!
Here's a picture of me in the process off making this:
I masked off a kind of plaid design and then used a sponge dauber and stazon ink to "color in" the diamond shapes. Peel back the tape and you have a fun design on what was a very plain vase. Of course you know I'm already working on a bouquet of flowers to go in that vase...

Ah, Flower Shop. I can't get enough of it. Which is your favorite flower from the set?

And last, but not least, a little goodie bag for a certain five-year-old in my house starting kindergarten in the Fall. Eeek! Am I ready? NO! Will I cry? Definitely!

I stamped the gusseted cellophane bag with stazon ink, and used the mini serif alphabet for the fun message on the stem of the flower. I can't wait to give it to her! Oh wait, yes, yes I can! I hope this summer is long and full of fun times with my family!

Well, I hope you loved seeing all my Stazon Ink projects. I love this ink so much I'm sure I'll share more with you soon. If you'd like to buy some for yourself, just visit my store on my webpage: www.stampwithtnt.stampinup.net
